Independent Reader Review
Facercise has saved me! I started doing the exercises three years ago. They have completely saved my face from the "going south" syndrome. My jaw had started sagging and my mouth had started to turn down. Three years later I have a defined jawline and my mouth has turned the right way again. My lips are full again and I can pass for much younger. I have to say I looked at other face exercise books when I started with this one. However, this book is the best one.

Turn Back the Clock Without Losing Time: A Complete Guide to Quick and Easy Cosmetic Rejuvenation
Rhoda Narins, Paul Frank

Our Price: £9.99
Synopsis
Dozens of quick and safe ways to improve your looks without taking time out of your life, explained in reassuring, authoritative detail by two doctors with high credentials. Recapturing the glow (and body) of youth used to be a privilege limited to those who had not only the money to spend on expensive procedures, but the time to recover from invasive surgery. With today's simpler and less costly techniques, however, people with average incomes and busy schedules can rejuvenate their appearances in a weekend, a day or even a lunch hour. Turn Back the Clock Without Losing Time describes a wide variety of procedures, including chemical peels, laser treatments, hair replacement, liposuction, and Botox injections. Drs Narins and Frank take readers step by step through every procedure, clarifying the risks and the benefits of each and discussing what to expect during the healing process. They offer valuable tips on how to find a good doctor, how to camouflage after-effects of the treatment until recovery is complete, at-home anti-ageing routines, and other secrets drawn from their years of experience as researchers and practitioners.

Natural Facelift
Juliette Kando

Independent Reader Review
Excellently written and illustrated. It took me a long time to find a book on facial exercises that fulfilled its promises but this one definitely does. Juliette Kando is obviously very knowledgable about the body and about exercise. The book is very useful and helpful but also very interesting. I learned things about my face and my body that I never knew. I continue to practice because my face is changing; it is firming up and feeling more toned and happy. And it is true what she says: doing the exercises in Natural Facelift keeps you looking young and cheers you up as well. I highly recommend this book. It is not as bland and pretentious as the others I have read and abandonned.

The Lowdown On Facelifts and Other Wrinkle Remedies
Lewis Wendy

Our Price: £8.99
Independent Reader Review
Lots of great pointers and very down-to-earth. I was glad to see the surgeon who did my eye tuck in this book. I had gone to see 3 consultant plastic surgeons, or so I thought. This book really sorts it all out for you. There was no for me to ask when I had it done. None of my friends had done anything and my husband didn't want to hear about it. I finally did find a good surgeon, and I'm really pleased with the results. After reading this book, I feel more ready to do something more with the guidance of this book.
